Today, Poland is celebrating Father's Day! 🎉

That's why we want to shout out to all the dads working with us. 👱‍♂️ They are a great example of what it's like to be a modern, involved parent - like Tomek and Grzegorz, who like to share their passion for sport with their kids. 👏

Our role here is to support them in doing so! 👍 We want every parent to know they are equal when it comes to combining childcare and work - whether by going on a family vacation or taking leave if needed.

Last week our Polish office decided to get their bikes ready for the summer! 🚲 And since their whole building had the opportunity to do so free of charge, it couldn't be easier! 😊

They can now use their not-so-new but improved rides to enjoy long summer days! 🌞 And, what's more, Fridays at COTY got even longer - per our tradition, we relaunch our summertime benefit of starting our weekends 2 hours earlier! 🎉 After all, we've had enough of constantly staying indoors in the last couple of years! 😉

Together, we want to unleash every vision of beauty and embrace each other’s differences - be they differences in beauty, gender, ethnicity, ability, background, gender identity or sexual orientation. 🤝 It’s important to us to create a culture of support for all members of the LGBTQIA+ community by being active allies.

While there is always more to deliver, we are proud of the progress we’ve made since starting this journey, working to create a culture where everyone is free to be themselves and bring their whole self to work.

Today Poland is celebrating Children's Day! 🎉

To stay strong and healthy like kids playing outside all day, we received some nutritional gifts! 🍇 🥕 Our colleagues from Bielsko-Biała warehouse came home with fruit boxes 📦 while our Warsaw office enjoyed fresh juices of their own creation. 🥤 Check out our stories to see how it went!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

✅ developing and maintaining a solid, long–term relationships with assigned customers,

✅ owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets,

✅ owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross-to-Net results,

At COTY, we care about mental health! That’s why we recently organized yet another webinar - this time, we talked about stress and how we can healthily manage it. 🧘‍♀️

An experienced psychologist, business trainer, and psychotherapist 👩‍💻 used her extensive clinical knowledge to talk with us about strong emotions and dealing with them, helping yourself when the mind worries too much, regulating the tension, and the power of creating healthy rituals. We also learned some relaxing activities and how to calm down the nervous system.

With attendees from the whole CEE region, we could listen to different perspectives and learn more about individual needs. After all, we want every voice at COTY to be heard! 😊
