You can spend THOUSANDS on skincare and cosmetic treatments ☀️

but without SPF… you’re basically undoing part of your results

As a cosmetologist, here’s the honest truth 👀
most procedures - from peels to lasers to injectables - don’t work in isolation
they improve the skin, yes… but they don’t protect it

UV radiation is one of the main triggers of pigmentation, inflammation, and accelerated skin aging

So even after the best treatment, the skin is still biologically “vulnerable” if it’s not protected daily

That’s why SPF isn’t just a skincare step - it’s part of the treatment itself ☀️🤍

Why I don’t treat nasolabial folds directly 🧬

As an aesthetic professional, I approach the face holistically rather than focusing on a single area⭐️

At this stage, I don’t inject filler directly into the nasolabial folds within the subcutaneous fat layer. Instead, the strategy depends on the type and cause of the folds:

• If they are superficial, dynamic lines that appear with a smile - I use the blanching technique with a fine filler for delicate correction❗️

• If the folds are deeper and are associated with volume loss and structural changes - I assess the mid-face

When volume loss or cheek descent is present, the solution isn’t the fold itself👇🏻:

• Mid-face restoration can provide a natural lifting effect

• Vector lifting techniques using calcium hydroxyapatite help reposition tissues

• In some cases, thread lifting may be indicated

There is never a one-size-fits-all solution - each face requires an individualized approach based on anatomy and aging patterns💉

Anatomical safety and precision are always my top priorities.

What’s your priority: an instant “fix” or long-term natural results? Let’s discuss below 💬

We take this seriously🫣

Your patient has a date with her ex next week. And this isn’t just a meeting - it’s a moment where old stories get resolved, loose ends are tied up, and something new begins (or the old finally comes to an end)🌟

Are you still filling wrinkles… or actually improving skin quality?⭐️

Because not every line needs volume - sometimes it needs regeneration

Stop thinking about fillers as just “wrinkle fillers.” If that’s still your approach - you’re already behind❗️

Today we’re talking about recent data published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, highlighting that Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA) works far beyond simple volume replacement

It doesn’t just add structure - it acts as a scaffold, supporting your own cells to rebuild the extracellular matrix from within

And it’s more than just collagen:

- elastin for true elasticity,
- proteoglycans for deep structural hydration,
- angiogenesis for improved microcirculation and overall skin quality

This shifts the conversation from “filling wrinkles” to true tissue remodeling

What do you think - evolution… or overhype?🤔

Uneven skin texture on your cheeks?
Here’s one common reason 👇🏻

If your skin looks uneven like this, it’s often not just about pores

After acne, the skin doesn’t always heal perfectly smooth.
Inflammation can leave behind redness, small bumps, and irregular texture

That’s what you’re seeing here:
• post-acne redness
• uneven surface
• disrupted skin texture

This can become more noticeable:
• after breakouts
• when the skin is dehydrated
• with sun exposure
• or when skin regeneration slows down

Many people think it’s a “pore issue” - but in reality, it’s about how the skin has recovered after inflammation

The texture may look like:
• small bumps
• uneven patches
• skin that doesn’t reflect light smoothly

It usually doesn’t hurt - but visually, it can be frustrating.

And this is where the approach matters:
topical skincare alone is often not enough ⭐️

Because the issue is not only on the surface, but in the skin’s structure after acne.

Treatment should always be tailored individually❗️
