Safe to say I’m LINKING you this serum 😅 🔗

finally shoppable on Meta 👏

unfortunately, only for Canada, USA, Australia, and New Zealand so if you aren’t from those countries comment HELP and I can still most likely help you depending on what country you’re in

I also want to give a little disclaimer that I’ve been using this brands dht modulating shampoo and conditioner for almost 9 years plus oiling my scalp, so it’s not just the serum alone, but the serum is a great start

If you’re struggling with thinning, shedding, weak hair, or slow growth… these are 5 hair growth ingredients/supplements that actually have research behind them 👀👇

• Saw Palmetto → helps support DHT modulation
• Zinc → important for healthy follicle function + growth cycling
• Ginseng → supports circulation + the anagen growth phase
• Selenium → helps protect follicles from oxidative stress
• Biotin → supports keratin infrastructure + stronger strands

Hair growth is SO multifactorial though. It’s not just one magic ingredient. Your scalp environment, inflammation, hormones, nutrition, stress, and consistency all matter too. 🤍

I linked my favourite hair growth supplement on the market right now (because it helps 100% of people who use it 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨) because it’s finally available on Meta Shop 🙌 It has all of these ingredients plus more to support healthier, fuller-looking hair from the inside out.

Damage doesn’t always mean your hair is “too far gone.” Sometimes it means your hair just needs the right routine, consistency, scalp support, less stress on the strands, and ingredients that actually help strengthen + retain length.

I started focusing on scalp health, hydration, bond support, oiling, less heat, and being consistent instead of constantly switching products… and my hair completely changed.

Your hair can recover. It just needs the right environment to grow. ✨

I linked my favourite full system — shampoo + conditioner with DHT modulation and scalp health support, a targeted serum that helps with DHT modulation, strength, growth, thickness + extending the anagen growth phase, and an oil blend to replenish the lipid layer and support healthier-looking ends. 🤍

I’ll never get over being bullied for my hair, being told I permanently ruined it by bleaching it and considering extensions or minoxidil 🤍

I was told I permanently ruined my hair.

Now I’ve spent years studying scalp health, follicle biology, retention, growth cycles, DHT modulation, ingredient chemistry, and what actually creates healthier, fuller hair long term. 🫶

No extensions.
No minoxidil.
Just consistency, education, scalp care, and learning what my hair actually needed.

I’m finally linking my full lineup on this video now that it’s available on Meta Shop because so many of you ask what I actually use. I’ve personally used this system for 9 years and it completely changed my hair journey.

My approach is heavily focused on scalp health and DHT modulation first — because if the scalp environment isn’t healthy, it’s hard for hair to truly thrive long term. I also love biomimetic oils that mimic the scalp’s natural lipid layer instead of just coating the hair, plus peptide technology to support stronger, healthier-looking strands over time.

The lineup includes:
• a shampoo + conditioner focused on scalp support and strengthening
• a peptide serum with ingredients like Capixyl, caffeine, melatonin, resveratrol + more
• and a lightweight oil blend with biomimetic oils like Abyssinian and meadowfoam to help replenish moisture, softness, shine, and protection without heaviness ✨

Healthy hair is usually a combination of scalp health, retention, consistency, and patience — not just one magic product.

They see the hair now, not the years of trying to figure it out 🤍

The scalp health, the damage control, the consistency, the retention, the patience… healthy hair rarely happens overnight.

Shedding isn’t automatically a bad thing — it’s literally part of the hair growth cycle.

Your hair has to move through phases: growth, transition, rest, and then shedding. That shed hair is making room for the cycle to reset and for new growth to come through.

So losing 50–100 hairs a day can be completely normal. The goal isn’t “never shed.” The goal is supporting the scalp and follicle so the cycle stays healthy, the shedding doesn’t become excessive, and the new growth has the best environment possible to thrive.

My anti-shedding protocol is linked 🤍

I personally love approaching shedding from multiple angles instead of relying on just one product.

A shampoo + conditioner with Capixyl helps support the scalp environment and target DHT-related miniaturization during wash day, while a daily serum takes it further with ingredients like caffeine, melatonin, resveratrol, bakuchiol, and more to support density, circulation, scalp health, and the growth cycle itself.

And then oils matter too. A good lightweight oil blend with ingredients like Abyssinian oil, meadowfoam, baobab, and more can help replenish the lipid barrier, reduce breakage, support moisture retention, and create a healthier environment for both scalp + strands.

Healthy hair growth is rarely just one thing — it’s scalp health, follicle support, retention, and consistency all working together ✨

Female pattern hair loss doesn’t always start with dramatic shedding.

Sometimes it’s your part slowly looking wider.
Your ponytail feeling smaller.
More scalp showing at the crown in sunlight or flash.
Or the new hairs growing in finer, shorter, and weaker than before.

That’s miniaturization — when the follicle is still producing hair, but the strand is becoming thinner over time.

This is why catching it early matters so much. You want to support the scalp, address DHT sensitivity, check internal triggers, and create the best environment for stronger growth before it progresses.

Early signs are still signs. Don’t ignore them.

The girls who get it, get it 🧬

DHT modulation isn’t just a “hair growth trend” — it’s scalp science. Capixyl, caffeine, melatonin, resveratrol + a consistent scalp routine can change everything when you’re trying to support density without jumping straight to minoxidil.

Capixyl is one of my favourite ingredients because it combines red clover extract + a peptide to help support the follicle environment, especially when thinning is connected to DHT sensitivity.

And my fav serum takes it even further with caffeine to energize the scalp, melatonin to support the hair cycle, resveratrol for antioxidant support, bakuchiol for scalp balance, and a blend of ingredients that help create a healthier environment for stronger, fuller-looking hair.

Healthy follicle environment first. Growth follows. 🧬

I’ve tagged my favourite DHT modulation protocol in the most simplest bundle: shampoo, conditioner, and serum.

Clinical studies if you’re interested:
* 92% less hair fall in instrumental testing after use.
* Thicker, fuller-looking hair in 60 days based on measurements of hair fiber diameter.
* 8 out of 10 participants felt it improved hair growth in a 14-day consumer study of 39 participants.

Capixyl, caffeine, and topical melatonin are studied for scalp support because they target shedding, follicle activity, and the growth cycle from different angles.

Consistency matters more than switching products every 3 weeks.

Capixyl is in the shampoo, conditioner, and serum — and a direct treatment serum also has melatonin, caffeine, resveratrol, and other scalp-supporting ingredients.

It’s such a good 3-step system if you want to start growing and thickening your hair without overcomplicating it.

I’ve linked the system. I’ve been using for years and years and it’s finally on Meta. ✨

People love saying “you can’t thicken hair” because they’re only thinking about the strand that already grew out of your head.

But your scalp is living tissue.

You can support the follicle environment.
You can reduce inflammation and buildup.
You can stop snapping off your ends.
You can keep the hair you’re already growing.
You can use ingredients that help support density, thickness, and a healthier growth cycle.

No, you can’t magically change your genetics overnight.

But you absolutely can create the best environment for thicker, fuller-looking hair — and I will die on that hill.

And scalp health pairs really well with DHT modulation + lipid replenishment.

Think Capixyl in your shampoo/conditioner to support the follicle environment, then melatonin, caffeine, resveratrol and other scalp-supporting actives in a serum to help target shedding, density and the growth cycle.

Then oiling helps replenish the scalp’s lipid layer with oils like Abyssinian, meadowfoam and baobab — so you’re not just “growing hair,” you’re supporting the skin your hair grows from.

Shop my fav thickening protocol linked in the video on meta!!! I’ve been using this lineup for nine years and it’s finally on Meta 💃🏻
