I’ve talked about this so many times… and today it happened again.

A client called asking if I do acrylic extensions on toenails.

I explained that I only offer regular polish or gel polish for toes — no hard products.

She said, “oh, I’m looking for acrylic” — and hung up.
Probably booked with someone else.

And honestly? I’m fine with that. Because I’m not going to knowingly damage someone’s nails just to keep a booking.

Hard gel, polygel, acrylic on toes is not “extra care” or “premium service”. It’s the wrong approach.

Toenails are meant to move and adapt to pressure.
Making them rigid only increases stress on the nail. And that’s how you end up with lifting, separation and discomfort.

Not every service should be done just because it can be done. I choose healthy nails over trends and quick money — every time.

And I truly appreciate clients who find me through Instagram, because I hope you’re here not just for the result — but for the approach behind it 🤍

Many of you know how much I love pedicures. It’s truly one of the biggest passions in my work.

Over the years I’ve studied pedicure and advanced foot care in Ukraine and in Poland, constantly improving my skills and learning different techniques. However, many of those methods require local certification in order to be practiced here in Canada.

So I’m very happy to finally move forward with this step. From March 22 to March 26 I will be attending an advanced pedicure training to receive additional certification here in Canada and deepen my knowledge in professional foot care.

During these dates I won’t be working with clients, so please plan your appointments in advance if you’d like to see me before or after the training.

I’m really excited to bring back new knowledge and skills so I can take even better care of your feet. This will also allow me to help more confidently with certain foot concerns — especially for our parents and older family members, who often need extra attention when it comes to foot care.

My goal has always been to create a space where you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in the service you receive.
