In a time when the occupation seeks to suffocate Gaza with isolation and hunger, the Flotilla of Steadfastness set sail carrying more than 500 people from different nations, among them prominent figures such Greta Thunberg. These brave souls feared neither the sea nor the threats of the occupation, but united their voices in a humanitarian journey with one goal: to break the siege and deliver a message.

They have proven that honor and compassion never die, and that humanity is stronger than all the walls of oppression.
From exhausted Gaza, we say to them: thank you for your noble hearts and great courage… you are not just supporters, you are our family and the extension of our shared humanity🫶🏻.
في زمنٍ يحاول فيه الاحتلال خنق غزة عزلةً وجوعًا، أبحر أسطول الصمود حاملاً أكثر من 500 إنسان من مختلف الجنسيات، من بينهم غريتا تونبرغ. هؤلاء الشجعان لم يخشوا البحر ولا تهديدات الاحتلال، بل وحّدوا أصواتهم في رحلة إنسانية هدفها كسر الحصار وإيصال رسالة.

لقد أثبتوا أن الشرف والرحمة لا تموت، وأن الإنسانية أقوى من كل أسوار الظلم.
من غزة المنهكة نقول لهم: شكرًا لقلوبكم النبيلة وشجاعتكم العظيمة… أنتم لستم مجرد متضامنين، أنتم أهلنا وامتداد إنسانيتنا.🫶🏻

اليوم كبرتُ عاماً آخر في الحرب🥀
عاماً آخر تتشقق فيه ملامحي كجدران بيتي
أمنيتي الوحيدة أن أنجو، أن أزهر من بين التشققات،
كزهرةٍ عنيدة تنبت من قلب الحجر.

ما زال التجويع مستمراً، وما زالت أمعاء أطفالنا خاوية، وما زالت المساعدات تُنهب قبل أن تصل إلى مستحقيها.
Starvation continues, and our children’s stomachs remain empty, while aid is looted before it reaches those who truly need it. Nothing has changed on the ground, and all that the media and some individuals promote is the entry of a few canned goods, cheese, and bags of sugar which most people cannot afford due to high prices.

Hiroshima and G,a,z,a present painful examples of the continued suffering of humanity throughout history. In both cases, history seems to repeat itself, with this cycle of violence and human suffering continuing, as if nothing has changed. 💔
