đ Pause for a moment, find a quiet place, and allow yourself to spend 2 minutes not thinking about anything. Breathe slowly. Donât do anything â just listen. Donât expect absolute silence. Notice the small background sounds you usually ignore - your breath, distant noise, wind, the space between sounds.
Afterwards, reflect for a moment: How do you feel? What changed in your body or mind? A brief moment of silence can ease inner overload and help you notice signals your body sends when youâre tense. It lets you shift away from constant pressure â the âI must, I should, Iâm behindâ cycle â and return to your inner space. It strengthens the feeling that youâre already enough, even without performing or achieving anything. And it builds everyday mindfulness: when we learn to hear silence, we learn to hear ourselves.
