Summer is here, and so is the heat,
but your yoga practice can be your coolest escape. 🌿☀️

I played with this deep forward fold today in and as my body was warm and limber I was able to fold deeper then a while back

As the temperature rises this week, slow down, breathe deeper, and flow with intention. Choose gentle movements, stay hydrated, and listen to your body, it already knows the rhythm of the season.


Stay cool. Stay grounded. Keep flowing. 💫

My yoga practice centers my body, but my dog beside me centers my heart ❤️

It’s so interesting to me that my dogs always come close when I practice yoga. They can feel the way it makes me feel; clam, happy, focused, present 🩵

It is as if they want to feel what I am feeling and by being close they benefit from my practice as well 💫

Today playing with which is such a fun pose and not that hard IF you can put the foot behind the head
