This season is gently inviting me inward.
To slow down.
To listen.
To meet myself where I am, rather than where I think I should be.
And to trust the quiet wisdom within.
Rooted within. ✨
There is a peace that comes not from fixing ourselves, but from accepting ourselves.
Healing is not becoming only light. It is making space for the whole human experience. The part that feels strong and the part that feels lost. The part that trusts and the part that is afraid. The part that knows and the part that is still learning.
When every part of you is welcomed, nothing needs to fight for attention.

There’s something so powerful about gathering with intention. To witness people arrive as strangers and leave a little more connected to themselves, to each other, to their bodies, to their truth.
Held in the beauty of Sintra, this retreat was a reminder that healing doesn’t always have to be loud. Sometimes it looks like movement. A deep breath. A trembling voice finally being heard. A body remembering it is safe to feel again.
So much gratitude to every soul who shared this space with us. 🤍

The lotus mudra is a heart opening gesture that symbolizes purity, compassion, self love, and spiritual awakening. Like the lotus flower that rises through muddy water to bloom untouched, this mudra reminds us that beauty can grow through every season of becoming. It invites softness, balance, and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you. 🪷
To practice it, bring your palms together at your heart. Keep your thumbs and pinky fingers connected, then slowly open the middle fingers like petals blooming. Hold it close to your chest and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to soften and open. 🤍
What is kundalini yoga?
It is a practice that combines breathwork, movement, meditation, sound, and nervous system work to help you feel more balanced, grounded, and connected within yourself.
It’s often called the yoga of awareness because it supports you in becoming more present with your body, mind, and energy.

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️
Being a mother to my two beautiful girls is the deepest, most expansive love I have ever experienced. They are my greatest joy, my biggest mirrors, my most profound teachers.
Motherhood has stretched me, softened me, and challenged me in ways that have shaped who I am at the core. It has opened me to a depth of feeling and presence that continues to evolve every day.
I always knew in my heart that I wanted to be a mother one day — and I feel so deeply grateful that I get to live this experience.
At the same time, I hold so much tenderness for all women — for those longing to be mothers, for those who find it difficult, for those who consciously choose a different path. There is no one way, and I deeply honor the beauty of choosing consciously.
Becoming a mother has also transformed my practice and the way I hold space. Everything has softened into something more nurturing, more intuitive, more real. This, for me, is the essence of what I share — a space where you can feel held, just as you are.
Today I celebrate all forms of love, all forms of caregiving, all expressions of the feminine.
With deep gratitude for this life ❤️
