Photo of the Super Moon.

The different colors on the surface represent concentrations of different minerals like iron, titanium and aluminium.

Settings:

The full moon was captured with 300 single photos to minimize the atmospheric turbulences. With the usage of a full spectrum Sony α7 R III and a STC Multispectra Filter I improved the sharpness of the "flat" full moon. I used the Fornax Lightrack 2 Star Tracker for tracking. For the "shine" I used a single long exposure shot of the moon seconds after the other shots.
