You can train every day and eat clean and still watch your body cling to fat. Here’s the part almost nobody explains. Your body releases fat from storage constantly, and a large share of it never gets burned. It gets pulled straight back in. The name for it is the futile lipid cycle, and the choke point is oxygen. Burning fat is more oxygen-hungry than burning sugar, and tired or under-perfused tissue often can’t deliver enough to finish the job. That’s the gap the Hyperbaric Gym closes. Movement and oxygen, same controlled environment, same moment.
There is a version of this video we chose not to make.
The obvious one: an athlete training hard inside the chamber, fast cuts, high intensity. It would have looked impressive and said nothing new.
The most common question we get is not about peak performance. It is some version of “is this for someone like me.” People assume a system that combines movement, oxygen and recovery must be built for athletes only.
So we showed the opposite. An everyday first session. Sitting, breathing oxygen, gentle rowing, no pace to keep up with.
For anyone building a wellness, hospitality or longevity offering, the lesson sits underneath the creative. The largest audience is not the people already at the top of the fitness curve. It is the much larger group at the bottom of it, waiting for permission to begin.
Most red light devices come with a number on the box. Almost nobody actually measures what comes out. So here it is.
A calibrated Ophir meter on this helmet with the dome open, sitting around 1.2 watts at the source. That is roughly five to six times an ordinary LED red light helmet.
Why so high? Your skull blocks most of the light that hits it, and only a little reaches the brain. Start weak and nothing meaningful gets through. You need strong, real output just so a usable amount survives hair, scalp and skull.
Measured at the emitter, not off a spec sheet. We would rather measure it than market it.
Wellness practice, not medical advice. Measured, not marketed.
Recovery. Active training under pressure. Long-term longevity protocols. Three completely different goals, three completely different setups.
OxyHelp builds a chamber for each one. The question was never which chamber is biggest. It was always which one fits what you’re actually trying to do.

OxyHelp’s founder gets asked a lot about recovery. His answer lately has been the same: we’ve moved past that conversation.
HBOT is no longer just about bouncing back faster. The research now points to something bigger. DNA repair, stem cell activation, vascular regeneration. The kind of biological processes that don’t just fix damage, they slow down how fast it accumulates.
That’s the shift happening in geroscience right now. And it’s exactly where OxyHelp is headed.
At the highest level of sport, the gap between winning and losing is often decided after the final whistle. That's why Eintracht Frankfurt built their recovery setup around an OxyHelp chamber.
Custom interior, club colors, the eagle on every headrest. Not a generic solution dropped into a corner. A permanent part of how this club prepares its players.
No promises here. Just engineering you can put to the test.
We spent last night at the Ana Spa launch at Bucharest, joined by Gary Brecka for a private dinner. What stood out was the crowd: smart questions, real curiosity about how a hyperbaric chamber actually works, no fluff.
Thank you for the huge interest. Nights like this are exactly why we do what we do.
The energy in this place is unreal. We’re here, we’re live, and we’re not slowing down.
