Each of us at least once in our life has faced the problem of uncontrolled hunger, when after a seemingly heavy meal, literally in an hour you want to eat again. The reasons for this behavior of the body can be many, but the consequences are one - excess weight, and in the future a number of chronic diseases associated with this. In fact you are thirsty

It seems that everyone has already heard about this, but we will still repeat: our brain processes signals of hunger and thirst in the same way, so it is very easy to make a mistake in distinguishing between these two feelings. If you are constantly feeling hungry, try monitoring your fluid intake. If it's hard to keep in mind, write down or use special applications for your smartphone. You are eating too little protein

This problem is especially common for those who decide to switch to a plant-based diet. All products of plant origin (with the exception of soy) contain defective proteins (we wrote about the difference between animal and plant proteins here), which means they must be combined in a certain way so that the body does not need anything. If most of the food you eat is carbohydrate, the feeling of hunger comes at times faster. The constant imbalance of proteins and carbohydrates can lead to weight gain and a number of chronic diseases.
