⭕️ Куриное яйцо — 1 штука
⭕️ Огурцы — 50 г
⭕️ Слабосоленая семга — 20 г

⭕️ Хлеб — 55 г
⭕️ Зелень — 10 г
⭕️ Соль — 5 г
⭕️ Перец мулато — 5 г

1 Подсушить хлеб в тостере или на сковороде.
2 Мелко нарезать яйцо, огурец, зелень, заправить сметаной, посолить, поперчить и хорошо перемешать. Выложить салат на хлеб, сверху украсить кусочками семги.
