One week of vipasana in silence is over.

It was not a classical vipasana where you just sit in silence all the time but we had a retreat with a lot of breathing, massage and dynamic meditations practices. All these practices awake our life force energy.

As a result of this week I noticed that I prefer:

Silence to talking.
Mornings to evenings.
Vegetarian food to meat.
Bodywork to procrastinating.
Doing things slowly rather than fast.
Acceptance to judgment.
Open heart to lack of trust.

I shared in my Telegram channel that I am thinking to organize a retreat with gentle and delicate practices only for people I personally know or who have been following me for a long time so that we have connection.

Still don't know the dates, but we can think when and where to do it so that more of like-minded people can come.

"Pushkin is our everything"

The Sun of Russian poetry, Alexander Pushkin is a great Russian poet and writer that is famous around the world.

He lived and studied at this Lyceum in Tsarskoe Selo Pushkin between 1811 and 1817. This town is called Pushkin now.

Study system was pretty strict, lessons started at 7 a.m. and after the lessons there was so-called "rest" which meant that students had to do some activities like dancing, painting, or other kind of art.
Therefore the schedule was full from 7 am to 10 pm every day. And it took 6 years to graduate from Lyceum.

It was wonderful to see the room where Pushkin lived, classroom where he studied, hall where he recited his first poems.

He lived a short but bright life (only 37 years) and left huge heritage to Russian and world cultures.

Today I visited one of the most beautiful and must-see Palaces in the world built in the 18th century.

The Catherine Palace (Екатерининский дворец) is palace in Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin), located 30 kilometres from St. Petersburg, Russia. It was the summer residence of the Russian tsars. It is magnificent ❤️

Why I almost don’t use social media anymore?

I asked myself this question myself a few times.
Is it because I am lazy?
It is because I just want to be in silence?
Is it because most of American social media are blocked in Russia?
These all is partly true. But. The deepest answer is: I AM TIRED OF FAKENESS

Especially on Instagram. All these masks, pretending to be happy, successful, loved, blahblahblah.

After watching such posts I felt so many times I just want to go to shower and wash myself with freezing water, or I want to sleep because I suddenly feel no energy. When do we lose our energy? When we are NOT truthful to ourselves. Or when someone’s untruth broke into our space somehow.

I have one more account where I used to follow about 320 people. I recently unfollowed many who I felt wore too many masks. Seriously, I felt so much better after I did it! I followed those people for years! Some of them were my acquaintances in real life. I don’t care anymore. But I still follow some who I know will get deeply hurt if I unfollow. So I am still on the way to my very true self.

This post is quite spontaneous, I just decided to share what came to my mind.

By the way, I don’t call for action telling everyone to do as I did. This is totally your decision. Many people enjoy to live in fake world of filers and illusions. So let them continue! ☺️

- business trip with my Chinese colleagues in Russia in the field of electric power industry (6 plants from Moscow to Samara and Novosibirsk)

April:
- Hannover Messe exhibition in Germany (the latest technologies in energy and industry)
- 5-day workshop Ta***ic awareness Homa and Mukto (Denmark)

May:
- Belgium, Poland, Kaliningrad trip
- Chakra 5 group on creativity, purification and manifestation with Samudro Prem in Turkey (12 days), interpreter&partipant
- individual ta***ic and healing sessions that I give in Cirali

I think it turned out to be very intense!
