2021， 11，20, Saturday, I am pregnant,
Alice, 42 years old.
First time came to Tongrentang on 12Dec, 2020.
She got pregnant reaction on 21st Sept, checked positive, but on 27 Sept she got bleeding.
Then 16 Oct she got reaction again, checked positive again, but 29Oct , bleeding again .
She got acupuncture on 20 Nov, 2020.
Then acupuncture on 16 Mar, 2021.
She came back again on 21 Sept, 2021, said she felt she was growing beard and mustache.
At the same time, she still wanted to get pregnant. Now she is 43 already.
Doctor Victor said you need to come once a week.
So she came on 4th Oct, 11 Oct, 16 Oct, 26 Oct , and 3rd Nov.

2021， 09，20, Monday , Why I feel muscle pain and tired ?

Alice, 33 years old. First came to Tongrentang on 19th April, 2021, because of legs’ muscle pain, and it was more painful when she sat down. Also lower back pain. She found herself losing more hair in the recent one year. Doctor Victor found, although she looks pretty strong and always goes to gym, but inside she was actually lack of energy “ Qi ”.
The reason is for a long long ( You can put 300 more “long” in here) time , she has been sleeping late ( after 11pm ), enjoying too much ice- cold food, and wearing less clothes. She has consumed Qi more than she can get via her daily behaviors .
The symptoms including stomach area cold, body skin all cold, hands and feet cold, and pulse is weak.
So Doctor Victor decided to warm her up. After 7 times of acupuncture , she feels much better.
Less tired and feeling happier.
We told her she can stop here. But she continues coming for weekly acupuncture , because when she accumulates stress for a week, an acupuncture can making her relax and feeling stronger.

2021， 09，1, Wednesday , My Tenosynovitis disappeared.

Alice has this bump on the back of her left hand for more then 2 months. It doesn't really hurt. But it definitely grows bigger. And it is pretty hard, when you push the bump, you feel like pushing a bone. Alice feels very disturbed.
Doctor Victor use several needles on the bump. Half hour later , take out needles , push the bump again . You hear a pooof sound , then the bump becoming smaller.
Dr Victor said , it must combining with some injury and tiredness .
Alice said yes, she is studying her doctor degree, always need to busy in laboratory.
Dr Victor said she might need to come back again 1- 2 times. But today, 7th September, Alice cancelled the booking , because “ It is already completely disappeared. I am good now. ”

2021， 08，15, Monday, Angry is expensive.

11 am , Alex the angry man
He is 49 years old. First came to TongrenTang on 3rd March, 2021. Headache, Dizziness and tinnitus, for 8 months. Every day he felt his health is becoming worse. Easy to sweat. Legs felt too weak to walk. His back always felt icy cold. He needed his wife to carry him when he came up the 3-step-stairs.
Dr Victor found his energy is all sticking around liver area, and his pulse showed he is angry about something.
His wife said, he had bad tempers, he always angry about everything. —— Parents, relatives, working, colleagues ….. from he was born !
Dr Victor gives him acupuncture and cupping, and herbal tea, based on his current situation. And told him to control his temper.
And he starts to come to Tongrentang twice a week. …. And realized he needed to start to learn how to stay calm …
By 3rd time of acupuncture, he didn't feel dizzy when he walks, but if he climbing the stairs, he still felt that.
By the 4th time, he felt his tinnitus became painfully worse. Any sound from the street can echo like thunder in his head.
By the 5th time, he felt bad stomach ache.
By the 9th time, he was suffering bad sleeping for a week.
During acupuncture, doctor wants to making his energy route become unobstructed. And his blocking points are fighting back. So it become back and forth, back and forth ….
Till today, 15 Aug, he said, after today’s acupuncture, 35 times of treatment, half year of time, suddenly he felt unblocked and relax and comfortable. And he is so happy !

17:00 , Alice the pregnant woman, 40 years old.
First came to Tongrentang on 15Feb . First Ivf failed. Now she is preparing for the 2nd time. And her doctor said, Chinese acupuncture could help. So she came to us. 
Dr Victor gave her a plan , 3 times a week, 6 times of acupuncture before next Ivf.
In this 2- 3 weeks, he will try to warm her womb, relax her tensed muscles, and bring more qi in her.
16 Feb, first acupuncture. Then 20 Feb, 23 Feb, 25 Feb, 27 Feb. On 27Feb doctor gave her 4 days of herbal tea. Plus acupuncture.
5 Mar, she came back . Acupuncture with 3 days of new prescription tea. 11 Mar , 13 Mar, 16 Mar, totally 9 times of acupuncture and 7 days of tea. It’s her time for 2nd Ivf.
Then she appeared today, with a 4.5 month pregnancy.
She is not coming for treatment, only coming to say thank you.
She looks so happy and we shared her joy.
She and her baby girl makes our day indeed.

14:00 Alex with head and hands tremor.
56 years old, slim, first came to Tongrentang on 20May. Head shaking more than 20 years. It is difficult for him to turn his head. Could not stop hands shaking. Drink a lot of alcohol when he was young. Now he needs to take 6 cups of coffee and a lot of chewing to***co every day. His head and hands shaking more when he tried to quit ni****ne.
Doctor Victor found his pulse very tight, tongue was dark. And he got acupuncture and cupping.
2nd time, on 27 May. He said that he stopped shaking for 3 days after last time’s treatment. He took his 2nd time acupuncture and cupping.
3rd time, 1st June. No more shaking after last treatment. And lost interesting over chewing to***co. He is so very happy.
Doctor said the inner heat inside is still much. So he needs to continuing coming for more times.

32 years old, first came to TongRenTang on 11th May. He limped in.
He felt the big toe of his left foot pain for 2 days. And Yesterday after work he drank beer, in the night it became very painful. So he came today. Dr Victor checked, the toe is swollen, but not red.
Doctor gave him acupuncture and 4 days of herbal tea.
He came on 15May again, Now the toe was red and very painful. He got 2nd acupuncture, and 4 days of tea.
He came on 22 May , for 3rd acupuncture. The toe was already no red no swollen and no pain.
The theory for Chinese way cure gout, is that we see there a coldness being blocked in small joint. We can use acupuncture to let the coldness out.
Normally it takes us one to five times to cure a gout.
