Snap peas contain vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin K and calcium.
They also have an abundance in insoluble fibers!
In addition, the β carotone in snap peas, work very well with the vitamin C, which boosts its antioxidant effect.

(ii) Koji (bacteria in malted rice) and natto bacteria (in fermented soybeans) make digestive enzymes to aid digestion, reducing the burden on the gastrointestinal tract.
