One thing people may not know about Sigi Skin: a lot of our packaging is custom.

For a small brand, that is not always the easiest or cheapest choice. Stock packaging would be faster, simpler and more cost-efficient but for us, the product experience starts before the formula even touches your skin.

It starts when you receive the product. When you open it. When you see it on your vanity. When you reach for it every day.

That’s why we put so much thought into the colours, shapes, details and how everything feels together.

A common question we’ve been getting is: “Is Tea-Tox coming back after this batch?”

The honest answer is: we don’t know when.

Earlier this year, we were informed that one of the raw materials used in our current
Tea-Tox formula has been discontinued for future production.

There is no issue with the current batch. But it does mean that this may be the
final batch of the current Tea-Tox formula for now.

We’re currently looking for a replacement, but we don’t want to rush it just so
we can say Tea-Tox is back.

Tea-Tox is loved because of how skin looks and feels after one sheet,fresher,

So if we bring it back, the next version has to perform the same, or better.

We could quietly reformulate and pretend nothing changed, but that doesn’t feel right to us.

Until we’re fully confident in the replacement, we’d rather be honest and take our time.

Some days are product planning, content reviews, customer messages, campaign decisions, stock checks, packaging discussions and trying to make the next launch feel just right.
