Gurantee/Term & Conditions

1. In an unlikely event of warranty claims, please use the chat funtion and connect to the online/offline platform you purchase from via the same account you use to purchase this product as all the purchase details are registered with us, digitally.

2. Warranty is non-transferable and available in Singapore only.

3. Cost of transportation to and from service centre to be borne by the owner.

4. We guarantee the product agains manufacturing defects for a period 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 60 months for the product upon receipt of delivery.

5. Warranty does not cover repair and/ or replacements parts damanged by misuse, accident, modification, or in any way tempered/ repaired or attempt repair by any third party without our consent.

6. Warranty does not cover warranty label was torn off, damage to the housing cover, display screens, missing or faded selection button or any other expendable parts that is subjected to wear and tear.

7. Where warranty is void due to above reason, replacement cost for parts and workmanship will be implemented at your own cost.

8. The damaged/ replacement of parts found from the service process are required to collect back by us.

To apology for our small massage pillow buyers.

we had received whole batch of problem adaptor, which rated 12V2A but real is 12V1A Low quality of power adaptor.

And we had found a new source of adaptor with our logo on the label, is safe to use now.. and we had sent out the adaptors to our small massage pillow from last sat.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your supports and the waiting..
