Job Title: Male Personal Assistant to CEO (Entertainment & Events)

Location: Singapore (with regional travel across Southeast Asia)Compensation: Competitive Singapore-based remuneration package, commensurate with experience

About the RoleWe are seeking a capable and presentable Male Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic entertainment company. This role offers direct exposure to high-level operations and the opportunity to be involved in the planning and ex*****on of entertainment events across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum personal and executive support to the CEO

Coordinate and assist in the organisation of entertainment events, pageants, and regional productions

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements across multiple countries

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Accompany the CEO for meetings, events, and business trips when required

Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

Assist with administrative duties, correspondence, and documentation

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and anticipate the CEO’s needs proactively

Requirements

Male candidate, well-groomed and presentable

Based in Singapore or willing to relocate

Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of discretion and professionalism

Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia

Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends when required

Interest or experience in entertainment, events, or media industries is an advantage

ALFIE AIDEN TJEN – MISTER FRIENDSHIP SINGAPORE 2025

Alfie is currently a Marketing Manager at Accor Ibis Singapore, but had served in the Police Force and also as a Cabin Crew member.

Growing up with a stutter, Alfie never let his speech impediment define his path. This hereditary condition often made him feel isolated and left out in conversations.

But not anymore as he hopes to raise awareness and create a supportive space for others who share the same challenges.

A fitness enthusiast into personal training, he specializes in weight loss, body re-composition, and strength training; is now looking to expand his expertise in nutrition and fitness for the elderly, promoting the importance of aging gracefully.

Beyond fitness, he was part of the Shopee LIVE squad in 2022 and 2023, working with various brands across health supplements, beauty, self-care, and fashion.

Alfie was awarded Face of Alluora Singapore 2025 during the grand finals of Mr Nusantara 2025.

WILLIAM WARUMPAL ARCHERY – MISTER GLOBAL SINGAPORE 2025

William is a Corporate Risk Management Consultant.

His academic journey at the National University of Singapore reflects his drive for versatility and excellence. Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, complemented by a second Major in Innovation Design and even a Minor in Finance, he leveraged his multidisciplinary background to approach business with a strategic and analytical mind-set.

He is a seasoned networker and a recognized leader in the business community. He was also personally recognized as the Notable Networker; a testament to his ability to cultivate powerful business relationships and foster meaningful collaborations.

He enjoys pushing his physical and mental limits through sports as he is into rock climbing, golf and trained in Muay Thai. He is also a passionate musician; and into modelling and acting.

MHAR JAYSON CORTEZ – MISTER INTERNATIONAL SINGAPORE 2025

Mhar hails from the Philippines and was born into a world where even dreams were a luxury. His young life was all about survival, not ambition. He learnt then that if he wanted to change his fate, he had to work harder.

He took a leap of faith 9 years ago and moved to Singapore for a better life not just for him but for his family. Alone in a foreign land, he worked day and night, pushing through every challenge, every hardship.

Now, standing with pride as a full-time Principal Engineer, a husband, and a father; he is convinced that the sacrifices made were worth it.

He is also pursuing his passion for fitness by sharing his journey with over 16,000 followers on Instagram. Through his content, he inspires others to push beyond their limits, just as he has pushed beyond his.

Raaes origin from Kerala moved to Singapore to pursue his dreams and is now a successful F&B entrepreneur.

Aspired to be a model & a business entrepreneur since his schooling days, he faced many challenges but overcame all of it now.

JackNeoCK’s Pa Pa Zao has turned 3! The initiative began during Covid-19 (in 2022) and is known for the energetic cheering during walks. DPM Gan Kim Yong and Law Minister Edwin Tong joined Jack and his crew, along with about 3,000 participants for the celebrations at Punggol Coast Mall this morning (July 13). Misters of Singapore and one Mr Malaysia met with their childhood idols at this meaningful event!

In Loving Memory of Mohamad Amyn Othman (06.01.1992 - 21.06.2025)

Amyn was one of the finalists for Mr World Singapore 2024, representing mental health advocacy through his story of overcoming bullying and nurturing mental resilience.

For years when he was hurt inside, he would secretly cut himself. It is perhaps ironic that he walked away with the award for Mr Congeniality.

He then made a comeback this year (Misters Of Singapore 2025) but it was Mr Congeniality that he got again; which proved he was loved by all that are around him.

He may have not won the main title of Misters Of Singapore 2025 nor Mr Nusantara but he has truly won the hearts of everyone whom he came accross.

Amyn, your warmth, kindness, and light touched every heart you met. Though you're no longer with us, your spirit lives on in the love you gave so freely.

You will always be remembered, always be missed, and forever loved. 💙
