Today, I tried underarm Bojin therapy 🌿— and it turned out to be more insightful than I expected.

The therapist explained that the underarm area is a key lymphatic hub, and everyday habits like long hours of sitting, looking down at screens, or dealing with stress can easily cause tension and stagnation there.

At the beginning , the sensation was quite unique—a mix of soreness and a slight itchiness 😅. But as the session progressed, I could feel the tightness gradually easing. By the end, the area felt noticeably softer, and even lifting my arms came with a sense of lightness and ease ✨
