我分享这件事，是希望没有人再经历我们家所遇到的情况。

我们通过室内设计师介绍，找了一位分包商来维修窗户配件、安装玻璃淋浴屏和铝制厨房门。从一开始，他就坚持要我们 全额付款 才肯开工。我们同意的条件是所有工程必须在 4月15日 前完成。

然而，接下来发生的事情完全是一场噩梦：

🔴 严重延误 — 他完全错过了约定的期限，只在 4月16日 出现，并只是拆除旧配件。

🔴 安全隐患 — 4月18日，他拆下一扇窗户后，把窗板放在地上，没有任何遮挡。结果大雨灌进屋内，电源插座被淋湿，造成严重安全风险。

🔴 不专业行为 — 4月20日 晚上9点他才到家里，却完全没有开工，还喝啤酒、玩手机。

🔴 令人不安的举动 — 当我丈夫要求他开始工作时，他把电钻指向我丈夫，动作带有威胁性。

🔴 退款纠纷 — 4月21日 我们终止了他的服务。他口头同意在3个月内退款，但当天晚上又反悔，把责任推回我们身上。

🔴 粗糙施工 — 4月22日 我们检查他动过的部分，发现生锈螺丝、窗框上多余的孔洞，以及窗户安装不对齐。

🔴 完全失联 — 从那之后他就完全联系不上。我们相信他可能来自新山（Johor Bahru）。
