She actually already had naturally thick brows BUT there were sparse areas that made the shape look less defined. And Ombre brows will be the perfect choice for her.

So instead of adding more strokes to her “already full brows”, we focused on softly filling the gaps to give that subtle “brow pencil effect” while still keeping it natural and soft ✨

Not all old brow embroidery can be fully covered or corrected!
It really depends on the existing pigment. Especially how dark, saturated, deep, and dense it still is on the skin.

When old pigment is too strong, adding new pigment on top may result in:
• brows looking too dark or heavy
• blurry or ashy tones over time
• shape correction becoming limited
• uneven healed results

Every skin and previous work is different, which is why proper assessment is very important before deciding whether cover-up, colour correction, removal, or a combination approach is more suitable.

Brow refresher session on Chief Artist!! ✨
After 3 years, her brows had naturally faded softer and slightly dull over time, so it was time for a refresh to bring back the definition and balance again 🥰

For this session, we focused on:
✨ refreshing the faded pigment
✨ enhancing the overall shape softly
✨ keeping the brows natural and wearable daily

The goal is never to make the brows overly dark or harsh, but to maintain that soft “hers, but better” look ✨

Day 1 to Day 8 healing

Day 1–2: Brows appear darker and sharper
Day 3–5: Light scabbing and peeling may start
Day 6–8: Flakes gradually come off and brows may look lighter/patchy temporarily before colour settles beautifully
Day 30 : Final result! Time to schedule your touch up appointment!

The importance of choosing the right brow artist!

One of the biggest misconceptions after brow embroidery:
“You cannot touch water.”

Actually, it’s the opposite!

Your brows need to be gently cleaned with water to keep the area hygienic and to remove any build-up (lymph, oil).
Not cleansing can lead to excess scabbing, uneven healing, and poorer colour retention.
