We brought the heat at the MAGIC SPEED™ Relay last Saturday at Emerald Pavilion, ! 🏃♂️💥
Over 20 elite run clubs went all-out in knockout-style relays — no second chances, no slowing down.
Only the TOP 6 fastest teams survived the rounds and earned their spot in the finals. 🏆
Between races, we kept bodies primed, reset, and race-ready with sports recovery — because speed is earned, but recovery is the secret weapon. 💪⚡️

It’s a comment we hear almost daily, especially from clients who are injured or hesitant to lift despite being frequently in pain.
“Weights make me bulky.”
But the truth is—they don’t. Not on their own.
And for the vast majority of people, strength training is exactly what prevents injury, supports healing, and creates a leaner, stronger body.
Getting “Bulky” Takes Intention, Not Accidents
Muscle mass doesn’t appear overnight. To actually build significant size, you need:
