Yakinlah, dengan berdiet badan akan lebih ringan dan sehat. Melakukan ibadah pun lebih selesa! Diet itu adalah ibadah. Boleh menua sama2 dengan sehat. Para isteri, kuat kan semangat ya!

Here's a picture of one of our programme participants, a full time working mother who is exclusively breastfeeding & pumping. Her milk supply remain consistent and also thick, creamy with lots of fats! Not only that! She had lost weight too!

Sunday morning activity. 6.5km run and 2km walk.
