经过6年处理过无数的中风患者，总结了一项经验分享给大家：

一般中风群体都是在年龄40-60岁居多.
男性患者在40-50岁属于高风险时段.
女性患者在45-60岁属于高风险时段.

中风患者是和体内的"气"血压力有着直接的关系.
人体就好像一个容器，当一个容器装满的时刻，体内的压力就会升高，当压力升高而体表无法释放这"能量"或压力时.很多堵塞会开始形成,当这堵塞已经达到无法承受气血运行的压力，中风就会出现.

多数人只知道中方前的征兆或感觉，但很少人知道中风前，我们是可以侦查到体表的状况.

当一个人开始形成中风的体质前，一般我们可以从他的两侧脸颊
和两侧耳后做触诊：
- 一般会有硬度
- 患者会有痛感
- 痛感越明显时，中风随时即来.
- 锁骨处和颈项，脂肪和角质很多
