Doesn’t look like much, I know. But hitting this machine again without pain brings me so much joy and relief.
Recently I had an injury in both my rotator cuffs and it hurt like hell - for someone who does strength training 3 times a week, I was devastated. After some physio and massages, epsom salt soaks, rehab exercises, finally, I am back at this pain-free and boy does it feel good. I can’t wait to do push ups again.
My metabolism has also been playing up and I’ve been fighting it. Truly, it’s a battle and my heart goes out to anyone trying to stay strong and fit while ageing gracefully. It’s not about weight loss, it’s about being able to go about life pain-free.

Well, I suppose I’m kinda glad the littlest had some sense of responsibility regarding his new pet. ❤️

Oh how he does love his cheese!!!

I remember when we used to be served this in kindergarten for tea time break. I used to frown because I was a cheese and crackers kinda kid.
Now I love sweet potato and it’s my go to when I need something to grab as an in between snack or warmed on top of a salad.
Can’t remember when was the last time my kids told me they were served sweet potato soup at school.
So glad I had the time to grab this while waiting for my prenatal session to start.

We’re back after a 3-month break!
I love how this birth eased us back into what we love doing. Supporting this strong multip mama and daddy amidst cool, rainy weekend weather was a blessing indeed.
Thank you once again for always placing your trust in us - we are more than grateful.
We’re almost booked out for the year and looking forward to meeting up more with all the parents we’re supporting.

This might look like Popcorn’s mauling Peanut’s face. 🤣
What this picture doesn’t show is that this little guy saw that there was space next to his sister and I. He proceeded to move.
But there wasn’t a seat for his brother.
So Peanut felt sad. Popcorn saw how he was feeling and moved right back to comfort his brother.
aaaaaannnnndddd….
Popcorn had bravely and politely asked for the man seated beside his sister if he could move a seat down.
I don’t know what I’m more proud of - the fact that he was courageous enough to ask and make his intentions known or that he instinctively took care of his brother.
