Stretch challenge!!!

Part 2 of round 2.

Today Caleb starts of at 40.5cm on his right side (tighter) and 36.5cm on his left side.

After getting stretch on his right, it reduce to 37cm. While on his left after self stretch, it reduce to 35.5cm.

Stretch challenge!!!!

Part 1 of round 2
We apologize for not being able to commit faithfully the past few days as we are busy handling our clients.

Nevertheless, we shall start off with a pre body assessment for every “round”.

As for this round,
Caleb’s Right is at 40.5cm
Caleb’s Left is at 36.5cm

Stretching for lower back.
Sitting and Standing in the same posture for a long time may result in lower back pain.
I recommend this kind of stretch
for lower back pain from muscle fatigue. Rotate the waist slightly for more effectiveness of the stretch.

Stretch challenge!!
Part 2 of round 1.

On the left self stretch
Assisted on the right.

Results from 5mins of stretching on each side

Little improvements made. From just 5mins of stretch.

Left side from 41cm to 38cm
Right side from 48cm to 47cm.
Just to recap. The measurements is from the body assessment done pre and post stretch. The goal is to at least being able to grab his own hands at his back on both sides.

Part 1 of round 1!!!!
Stretch challenge : Upper Body.

Introducing Caleb.
One of our stretch trainers.
He will be the one doing this challenge.
Activity level :
Breakdance almost everyday.
Uses his right hand for “power moves” in breakdancing.

What we are about to do here is to see if he touch/grab his hands at the back like so.

And when he can’t, we will measure the distance from wrist to wrist.
Even though visually it is obvious that he can’t grab his hands. It will be more accurate to pinpoint his current status and his improvements by measuring the distance.

Stretch time: 5mins on each side

On his left. We measured 41cm
On his right. We measured 48cm

Let’s see how he fair on round 1.
