We had call-time to do make-up for 15 models who will be gracing the stage for Fashion for Cancer. It may sound like a usual work plan. However, what is unusual is that they are not fashion models by profession, but men, women and children who despite their condition, mustered the effort and time to raise funds and awareness for a cause larger than themselves. We were deeply moved by the event- the people who came, who volunteered their time, effort, resources and talents to celebrate the resilience of the human spirit.

It was never about me, is about us.
I see what that means now.

Fashion for Cancer will be raising funds till 25th September 2023.
