A special shoutout to my amazing staff, Lynn and Val, who've been with me for nearly 13 years, and to Andrea, a great help over the last 2 years. 🌟

This year allowed me a rare opportunity to step away for a month, upgrade my skills, and rejuvenate mind and body. Learning the Abdominal Therapy was truly life-changing, unveiling years of tension held in my body. Taking that leap was so worth it!

As we bid farewell to Nour!sh@Upper Thomson on this 31st Dec 2023, it's hard to say goodbye to the space that's been my second home for 13 years. From the sweat of the early days to where we are now, it's a bittersweet farewell, but my heart is full. As we step into a new space in this fresh season, I'm excited for the bigger opportunities that lie ahead.

Thank you all for being a part of our wonderful journey. Looking forward to welcoming you to our new space soon! Wishing everyone a blessed New Year filled with health, peace, joy, and contentment.
