After an eternity away with my own knee surgery and rehab I’m thrilled to let you know that... I’m back baby!!! Week commencing 2nd September I’m at your service again. I can’t wait to catch up, to see what you’ve been up to and most importantly of all, to help you achieve your prime health and activity goals 💪🏻💪🏻
So just a reminder: I’m available Monday to Friday from early morning to late afternoon. We can discuss weekends if necessary. My rates are $100 per hour for a house call, and $70 for a session at my house. I bring my fabulous massage table, towels and oil. Not only will you receive a bespoke sports massage, but we will discuss (prescribe, demonstrate) exercises that support your body going forward.

Today I’m having knee surgery which is going to take me off my feet for a while. I won’t be able to work during this time, but hope to be back, literally up and running, in a couple of months.

It is Christmas time AGAIN! Where did 2018 go? I want to thank you all for your support, making 2018 Physical Fix's best year so far. Many of you know that recently I've had to hang up the running shoes due to a knee issue, but I remain on the lookout for good workouts that don't worsen my injury. In the spirit of trying something new, fun and healthy, this morning I did my first Swimsanity class!

Now if you've ever wanted to try aqua aerobics but wondered if it was a 'real' workout, let me tell you that Tracey delivers in buckets (literally!!!). It's a 45 minute hiit class, that had me sweating in the pool (sorry Sam!). Talk about targeted, energetic training - with no impact on my knees!
