Greetings Everyone,
Starting 1st Nov, every Wednesday & Saturday @ 8am, we'll be launching into our routine PT sessions. We'll start with 45 minutes of basic training, followed by an additional 20 minutes of advanced exercises tailored for the community.
We extend a warm welcome to everyone, anyone who keen to join us in this 100% free workout.
We all gather at 745am @ the sports hub lane no9 (100+ promenade), do come in your PT attire.
