Hey followers!
Today's video is about getting assisted stretch & as well doing home stretches to maintain the flexibility.
We are focusing on the lower body. If you have lower back pain, in this video shows as well what seated/ lying down stretch that you yourself can do to ease it out.
To be done vice versa & hold onto the stretch for at least 15 - 20 secs & do a repetition of 3 sets.
