Honestly, it made me a little sad.Because to build this small beauty place today, Ruby has spent many years working very hard.

But when I think about it again, I realize how lucky I truly am.More than 99% of Ruby’s clients come from lovely customers who recommend their friends and family.

To me, that is the most valuable thing.Not about advertising a lot… but about earning trust and having clients come back again and again.
