second visit with me and I’m so happy she is trusting the process. We are grey blending and there is many ways of doing it and if you are sick of touching your roots up every 3-4 weeks then it’s worth thinking about and talking it through with your stylist. It can take time and patience so it’s good to have a clear idea and realistic timeline. I’m loving the result after 2 visits. We put a lowlight and a highlight in to soften the grow out line.

The beauty of balayage or even teasy lights is the soft grow out. Honestly a full balayage can not only be time consuming but can seem expensive but that doesn’t mean it’s that every time. That’s once or twice a year. Placement is everything and done right maintenance visits can just be a toner and treatment and you feel brand new again!!

This is actually going to be a process to get to exactly where we want it. Sometimes it takes multiple visits to get what you want and a little patience. We always want to keep the hair as healthy as we can.
wants to achieve a light soft balayage but also wants to soften her base colour as it’s too dark for her. There was existing highlights, today I softened them and put baby lights in to give an overall lighter look. I tipped out the ends and did a root colour. We toned slightly darker than wanted because of the warmth in existing highlights. Used to create this look. I was really happy with the results today. I’d like to see it a little lighter but looked good and hair is still healthy ❤️
