Bird's Nest has been known for centuries as a means to enhance your skin's youthful glow and balanced complexion.
While In Traditional Chinese Medicine, dried ginseng was used as a tonic to revitalize and replenish vital energy. It is also used to treat anaemia, insomnia, gastritis, abnormal blood pressure and fatigue, among other complaints!

This combination of Yin & Yang definitely provides a great balance of Qi in our body.

Snippets of what’s inside the bird nest’s house. Aren’t they amazing?

The nests are made of swiftlet saliva, excreted from glands just inside the birds' beaks. The swiftlets' near-translucent nests are shaped like a bowl cut in half.

This is the place where I grew up. We called it Gong gong Popo’s house. Days where we run around freely without shoes, chasing chickens and a big farm of pigs! And not forgetting a big vegetables and fruits orchard behind our house that always have lotsa leeches and worms!
And farming has become part and parcel of our life.
I still remember when he first started bird’s nest farm, all the way back in 2008, he has a lot of worries given it was still a very new market. But he persisted and has never once doubted himself. He worked double-triple hard to get this going as he was the sole breadwinner for the family.
So much so that he can provide enough so that we get the chance to enter universities.
And this person, is none other than our beloved Dad! He worked 16 hours a day, everyday as I can recalled. Today, we have all grown up and I vowed to continue his legacy. ❤️

A boiling wintermelon bird nest for sore throat

Raw nest ranging from different grades. The process of cleaning varied and very much depending on the type of nest. The best way of cleaning is definitely the organic, home cleaning. Chemical free and all natural! :)

Another way of boiling bird nest. The combination with Korean Ginseng helps to balance our qi. Bird nest is high in collagen and acid amino while Korean Ginseng has it's function to stimulate entire body to overcome stress, fatigue and weakness. It is definitely regenerating!
