Le Hubs turns 45 today. Simple breakfast and planning simple lunch and his kuih later.
I can't do what he have done. Loving 2 small children like his own, putting their wants and needs beyond his with all our minimal capability. May Allah reward this loving soul of mine with the best of Jannah. May Allah bless him and cleanse him off all past sins and creat a solehin who guide his family to Jannah. May Allah crack his hard core and reveal to all around the softy bear he is behind the hard shell. Parking these tips here for my reference

MASAKAN TERLEBIH MASAM
Kalau korang masak terlebih masam macam terlebih letak sos tomato/air asam jawa/air limau/puri tomato dalam sesuatu masakan cara nak bag 'balance' balik adalah dengan tambah gula. Gula dan masam berkawan baik.. tapi jangan la tuang gula bebanyak sangat..pepandai la seswaikan rase sampai masam , masin dan manis tu seimbang.. Bese koi buat camni la kalau masam terlebih (tips koi blaja dari chef oversea dalam program masakan tv ^__^).

MASAKAN TERASA LEMAK BERKRIM
Kalau dalam lauk-lauk yang pakai santan dan kari ke or nak buat masak lemak cil padi ke campur la skali or blend buah keras. Masakan akan bertambah rase lemak even lemak ye tak seberapa ^__^ (koi blaja dari pakcik jual buh keras kat pasar hehehe)
Dalam dessert plak kalau melibatkan susu cair campur kan sedikit garam supaya rase lemak dari susu cair terasa dan bertmabah sedap.. jangan letak banyak ni kan dessert mane leh masin huhuhu.. pepandai la seswakan rase. Bese kalau buat air bandung pon koi letak garam sket.. isi dalam sos kastard pon sedap.

MASAKAN TERLEBIH MASIN
Kalau macam ni koi tambah je air sket lagi tapi ade jenis masakan perlu kering so korang tambah kan kentang ke lobak ke supaya meresap perisa tu dalam tu.. tapi tak semua masakan perlu kentang or lobak ye dak so tips ni valid pada masakan yang berkaitan aje.

SUP AYAM/IKAN/DAGING BERTAMBAH SEDAP
Rase ramai guna cara ni kot.. koi sokmo ble wat sup koi s**a masukkan rempah sup dalam tu selain sup bunjut or rempah ratus cekenot2 yang lain tu.. bau sedap, kuah pekat dan rase pon soodap habaq ang.. Mertua koi pon s**a style yang ni hee kembang idung i ol.

MASAKAN KARI/MASAK KURMA ATAU APE-APE MASAKAN MELIBATKAN SERBUK REMPAH.
Biasa untuk buat lauk la kalau korang jenis s**a masakan tu pekat kuah ye macam laki koi.. bawang merah tok masak tu dari korang hiris nipis-nipis eloklah blend kan aje jadi masakan tambah sedap dan pekat..hukhuk (leh kre tips jugak la kan hee ingat ini tips tok golongan nope cam koi^___^).

TIPS BAGI IKAN/AYAM GORENG TAK MELEKAT KAT KUALI
Kalau ikut mak koi yer petua mak koi suh goreng dulu asam keping se dua dalam tu baru masuk ikan/ayam tapi kuali koi tak leh gitu gaye tetap melekat. So style koi, koi bio ikan/ayam tu sejuk beku dari peti cepat2 marinade kunyit garam segala pastu letak balik dalam peti bile nak goreng baru bawa klua.. Selain tak melekat kulit luar hasil gorengan juga lebih rangup tapi jaga -jaga dengan minyak panas pastikan api tak kuat taw kalau tak berperang la korang gan mnyak panas kat dapur.. Koi?? sokmo dah kena..tangan koi macam kena dera dibuat yer.

TIPS PENTING PANDAI MASAK IALAH RASA
Korang kalau nak pandai masak kena pandai tafsir rase dan guna instinct korang taw dan pengalaman-pengalaman makan korang
Contoh kata masa nak seasoning makanan..kan korang selalu makan benda sedap-sedap.. ha jangan taw makan je kena taw sebab ape dia sedap dan ape yang buat dia sedap dan orang lain wat tak sdap..sambil makan sambil cari rase tu dan kenal pasti dari mana..Kalau koi camtu la sampai kawan gelar koi pelik..huhuhu
Kalau ikut resepi pon kna taw kenapa spices ni ditambah kenapa kena letak serai ke halia ke lengkuas ke..korang kena try and error baru korang pandai tapi mmula ni ikut jela resepi pah dah siap masak ble masakan tu sedap so korang taw la ble tambah ni rase dia macam ni macam tu..Ha paham dak?
Yang penting instinct la..tak semestinya kte tambah bahan perisa baru rase dia pelik..bia pelik asal bleh makan dan sedap huhuhu masak kan adalah bahan ujikaji makanan.

TIPS UDANG KELHATAN SEGAR
Masa lepas siang udang, cuci dengan air perahan limau nipis.. kalau bleh rendam kejap jer jangan lelama sebab enzim masam air limau bleh memasakkan udang cukup la sekadar celup2 kocak2 camtu..Lepas tu masak la ikut s**a pasti udang rase lebih sedap dan segar dan wangi.. Koi s**a macam ni simpan berari-ari pon udang still ok dan sedap (tips dari masterchef australia season 4 hahaha +eksperimen sendiri).
