Q: Why do we offer a free touch-up of your embroidery within 3 months?

A: Here are the reasons:

• To ensure client satisfaction: Despite the artist's best efforts and due to many factors, sometimes pigment may fade as the skin heals. Even with the best techniques, minor imperfections can sometimes occur. By providing touch-up will ensure client's satisfaction.

• To address individual variation: Individual's recovery of embroidery is different, some may not need to touch-up. But most of the time, we will suggest a touch up to help reinforce the colour and have a consistent look. As well as letting the embroidery be fully healed then we can proceed with the touch up session.

• To ensure the lastingness of your embroidery: Scheduling touch-up within 3 months is crucial to ensure the longevity of your embroidery.

[Eyebrow Embroidery] What to expect during an eyebrow embroidery session at FlutteryLashes. Generally each session can take around 2 hours.

What are the steps involved?

✨ Consultation and Design: Discussing your desired brow shape, colour, and technique (shading or hair strokes). Assessing your facial features and recommend what would suit you best. Mapping out and customize the eyebrow shape on your face to ensure you approve before proceeding.

✨ Numbing: A numbing cream will be applied to the eyebrow area for 15-20 minutes to minimize discomfort during the procedure and rest assured that it is pain free!

✨ Pigment Insertion: The strokes or shading pigments are applied following the predetermined design. Do trust that all pigments and products used are made of great quality.

✨ Cleaning and Aftercare: After completing the embroidery, cleaning of the area and detailed aftercare instructions will be explained. Follow-up and a touch-up session will be arranged within 3 months.
