🇯🇵⇩To look beautiful and to feel beautiful are not always the same. Visible beauty lives on the surface.
Felt beauty lives in one’s humanity.

True sophistication appears in the quiet moment
when seen beauty and felt beauty gently overlap.

My fascination with beauty began in kindergarten.
Even then, I dreamed of becoming a makeup artist.

As a child, I watched the film Death Becomes Her.
It left a lasting impression.I watched it again and again,
searching for what makes something truly beautiful.

And then I understood —
beauty is not something that remains unchanged.

It exists in the grace of accepting time.In the way life shapes a face.In how one speaks, moves,and expresses gratitude.

These are the elements
that form a person’s true beauty.

Why do we see beauty?
Why do we feel beauty?
And why, sometimes, do we not?

For you — what does beauty mean?

美しく「見える」ことと
美しく「感じる」ことは
必ずしも同じではありません。

見える美しさは、表面に宿るもの。
感じる美しさは、人の奥に宿るもの。

真の洗練とは、
“見える美しさ”と“感じる美しさ”が
静かに重なり合う瞬間に現れます。

私の美への探究は、幼い頃から始まりました。幼稚園の頃には、すでにメイクアップアーティストになることを夢見ていました。

子どもの頃に観た映画
『永遠に美しく』は、私に強い印象を残しました。
何度も繰り返し観ながら、「本当に美しいとは何か」を探していたのです。

そして、ある時気づきました。
美しさとは、永遠に変わらないものではない、と。

時を受け入れるしなやかさ。人生が顔に刻む物語。
話し方、所作、そして感謝を表す心。

それらが重なり合い、人の本当の美しさが生まれるのだと。

なぜ私たちは美しさを見て
なぜ美しさを感じるのでしょう
そして、なぜ美しいのにそう感じられないときがあるのでしょうか？
