Reposting from Received this Twinkle Wellness & Immunity Care Set that has everything I love! And I’m so intrigued by the Herbal Yin and Yang Balm, that’s so fun and helps with my occasional headaches.

Once every few days, I will do this “test” on myself to check if my body is heaty or cold. Apply Yin on the left, Yang on the right of your temple (or shoulder/neck), and wait for a few seconds, and feel which side feels the tingling sensation first.
If the Yin side reacts first, then your body is Yang/warm/heaty, drink Yin Herbal Tea.
If the Yang side reacts first, then your body is Yin/cold, drink Yang Herbal Tea.
So I will just drink my tea accordingly. Most of the times my body is Yang/heaty, and certain times I can’t tell which side reacts first, so I think those times my body is quite balanced 🤣
