2. Timeslot changes/Change of service will only be allowed with an advance notice of 24hrs from your appt date.

3. There will be a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes for each appointment slot for late customers, customers whom are later than the mentioned waiting time shall not be served & deposit of $20 previously paid shall be non-refundable.
