On this joyous day for the graduation of the necessary unified forces that comprises of South Sudan People's Defense Force, South Sudan National Security Service, South Sudan Police Services, South Sudan Prison Services, South Sudan Wild Life Conversation, South Sudan Civil Defense Force, I extend my warmest congratulations to the gallon forces of the Republic of South Sudan for being undergoing maximum training for about two and half years in various camps across the country.

During the course of your training, I believe you encountered numerous challenges, ranging from food shortage, lack of good medical services among others but the fact remains that you made it possible.Today that the commander in chief who's also the head of the country H.E President Salva K. Mayardit is graduating you, we wish you good health, good services with strict observance to rule of law, protection of civilians and their properties, as well as protecting the integrity, and territorial of our beloved country. With this I believe all will go well.

Point last, as a national army, we are expecting you to drop this ideas of being a party or tribal army but rather be a national army for South Sudan.
