The Story of “KITANG”

The Woven fabrics of Koh-Yoh is a famous handicrafts of Songkhla province. Most people here trying to inheriting from their generations to next, this career has made income for people in Koh-Yoh until then to now.

But we have no evidence for us to know when people here start to woven, only we know that they did for hundreds of years, since has people came to populate here in the island and they keep to continues woven in their families.

From the famous local woven fabrics in Songkhla we has developed the weave of Koh-Yoh woven fabrics to current in time but still keep uniqueness of them, which concept from fish scale call “kitang fish” that can be founded massive in Koh-Yoh.

Now kitang weave by “KITAG GROUP” can be made many type of products such as handbag, tissue box, stationary, etc…
under brand “KITANG”.

แล้วพบกันที่งาน Biff and Bil 2016 วันที่ 9-13 มีนาคม 2559 นี้ ณ อิมแพค เมืองทองธานี โดยสามารถชมแฟชั่นโชว์ของแบรนด์คิตังได้ในวันที่ 12 มีนาคม 2559 เวลาประมาณ 14.30 น. ในช่วง Heritage II
