EP 4: Fix your Shoulder Bridge in 5 seconds—start at your feet.🦶✨
Tripod Foot = big toe, little toe, heel pressing evenly (no toe gripping). When your base is stable, your knees stay aligned, your glutes work better, and your lower back won’t over-arch.
Try it before you lift.
EP 3: Stop letting your knees collapse ✨
If your knees can’t stay aligned in Shoulder Bridge (they fall in or out), it’s usually NOT a “knee problem.”
It’s a pelvic stability problem — and your hips are the missing piece.
When these are underactive:
• Gluteus medius = keeps your femur/knee from drifting
• Adductors = supports pelvic stabilization
So instead of forcing your knees to “stay,” activate first.Save this for your next Pilates session 🍑✨
