Now for Rock Salt, I want to share the idea behind it in a simple way.
For me, Rock Salt is saltiness on skin. Skin after heat. Not sea breeze.

I imagined travelers in the Byzantine era reaching Hierapolis after a long journey across Anatolia. They had been moving for days through heat, dust, stone roads, and distance. Then they arrive near the ancient city and finally stop. They remove their sandals and step barefoot onto the white mineral terraces of Pamukkale. At first, the stone looks like snow. But under the body, it is warm. Mineral water moves slowly over the terraces, washing away the road. Salt dries softly on the skin. The whole journey becomes quiet. That is the feeling I wanted for Rock Salt.

This mood board is built around that moment of arrival: Byzantine patterns, sunlit stone, mineral water, rose-gold light, and the quiet feeling when the body finally stops moving. The scent follows the same emotion.

Fresh, but not aquatic.
Clean, but not basic.
Mineral, warm, and close to skin.

For me, Rock Salt is the memory of salt drying slowly on warm skin.

Today, I want to share with you guys when I creating the Liquid Incense

This mood board is part of the process behind the scent:

the atmosphere, visual direction, history, and emotional world we were trying to build before the fragrance became final.

The inspiration comes from the final years of Al-Andalus in Southern Spain, during the late 15th century. A time when European and Arab cultures still existed close to one another, shaping each other through architecture, philosophy, craftsmanship, science, ritual, and art.

The feeling of beauty being preserved before it disappears.

From there, the story of Liquid Incense began to form.
I imagined a perfumer-alchemist in a quiet room, surrounded by resins, woods, glass vessels, and golden light, trying to capture the emotional atmosphere of that world before it was gone.

Resins, citrus, woods, and one final drop of oud added to the formula.

I wanted Liquid Incense to feel like that moment before transformation.

Something made for evening, but still easy to wear on skin.

This summer, I want you to experience them for yourselves.

The second chapter of the Signature Collection came from a simple idea that has stayed with me for a long time: some of the most interesting things in history are born when cultures meet.

Not inside one world, but between different worlds, where people, materials, art, beliefs, and ways of life begin to influence each other.

This is also very close to how I see perfumery.

Since my early years working with my father, I have always been inspired by the meeting of different perfume traditions: the balance and elegance of European perfumery, the richness and depth of Middle Eastern materials, and the soft, refined feeling I connect with Asia.

I never saw these worlds as separate.
I saw them as a conversation.

That idea became the starting point for these two fragrances.

Liquid Incense begins in Spain, a place where cultures crossed for centuries. In a hidden room filled with golden resins, carved stone, old manuscripts, and the final drop of precious oud.

Rock Salt moves toward the memory of Byzantium, to white mineral terraces under a rose-colored sunset, where warm water softens the dust of a long journey and salt slowly dries on the skin.

Two scents shaped by history, art, memory, and skin.
Two places where different worlds met and left something behind.

SOTD: Cologne d’Agar

For the day when you want silence before conversation. Cologne d’Agar feels like stepping out of city noise into morning mist: clean air, soft light, and something deeper slowly rising underneath.

It opens bright, with bergamot and Sichuan pepper giving a crisp lift. Then the heart becomes softer and more refined: rose, saffron, and frankincense moving through warm resin and clear air. The oud here is not heavy or animalic.

The ritual around this scent is simple: wear it when you want to feel refreshed, grounded, and quietly confident.

Like carrying a pocket of silence on skin.

New material worlds are approaching.

One begins before the flame.
One remains after the heat.
