EMA เตือน: ยา 💥Finasteride อาจเกี่ยวข้องกับความคิดฆ่าตัวตาย💥

เมื่อวันที่ 9 พฤษภาคม 2025 สำนักงานยาแห่งสหภาพยุโรป (EMA) ได้ยืนยันว่า ยา Finasteride ขนาด 1 มก. ซึ่งมักใช้รักษา ผมบางจากพันธุกรรม (androgenetic alopecia) อาจมีความเสี่ยงทำให้เกิด ภาวะซึมเศร้า หรือความคิดฆ่าตัวตาย ในบางราย

แม้จะยังไม่สามารถระบุความถี่ของอาการนี้ได้ชัดเจน แต่ EMA เห็นว่ามีหลักฐานเพียงพอให้ต้องระบุคำเตือนบนฉลาก และจัดทำการ์ดแจ้งเตือนสำหรับผู้ใช้ยา
