Job Responsibilities
* Support special projects related to Quality and Regulatory Compliance in accordance with company policies and updates to Thai FDA regulations and requirements.
* Prepare, register, and compile documents for new and renewal import licenses, including Certificates of Free Sale, Certificates of Goods, ISO and other applicable standard certificates, product catalogues/brochures, Instructions for Use, Notices, and declaration letters (if required).
* Collaborate with management to monitor and implement changes in legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements impacting registration processes and the Quality Management System.
* Collect, organize, and maintain data and documentation related to FSCA (Field Safety Corrective Actions), Adverse Events (AE), Customer Complaints, and other QA/RA matters.
* Serve as the Document Control center, managing all quality and regulatory documents related to applicable standards for the Quality Management System.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Medical, or related fields.
* 0–3 years of experience in medical device product registration or a related regulatory/quality field.
* Proven experience working with the FDA, preparing documentation for product registration through to marketing approval.
* Strong knowledge of medical product rules and regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
* Proficient in both written and spoken English and Thai.
* Good computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
