It was from my grandmother. And she said to take good care of your skin before you actually need to. Don't wait until you start getting wrinkles to treat them. Start preventative skincare and anti aging products in your early 20s when your skin is still in its prime. The better you take care of it at a younger age, the less you'll need to work on it later on. It's much easier to prevent certain skin issues before they occur than trying to fix them after you already have them. Moisturize. Drink lots of water. And SUNSCREEN SUNSCREEN SUNSCREEN!
