💄Try avoiding makeup or any other skincare for at least 24hrs post facial.

🧽Avoid exfoliation for 72hours after your treatment .

🌞 stay out of direct sunlight for a week after your treatment (this means cloudy days as well)… wear your spf

🏋🏾‍♂️Try to avoid the gym or strenuous exercises for 24 hours

By not applying spf after your treatment you are reversing any progress that was made. Spf 30-45 is perfect, not in your makeup or moisturizer! You need a separate lotion that should be reapplied every 2 hours. ✨
