Small Skin Tag Removal- Upper Back

Our patient discovered our practice on Facebook and requested the removal of a noticeable mass on his upper back that made him feel uncomfortable and self-conscious when wearing T-shirts.
Clinical evaluation revealed an approximate 1x1 cm skin tag (acrochordon). We proceeded with a minimally invasive surgical excision under local anesthesia. Because the lesion presented with strictly benign characteristics, we mutually decided that laboratory histopathology was unnecessary...

Multiple white and blackheads - Face for Removal

Our patient returned for treatment of persistent comedonal acne, characterized by stubborn closed comedones (whiteheads) and open comedones (blackheads). These lesions are situated deep within the dermis, making home removal or standard facials ineffective. While the patient’s skin has shown overall improvement, periodic manual extractions are required to manage recurring buildup.
Professional extraction remains the only effective treatment; the procedure is performed individually on each lesion, with or without the application of a topical numbing agent.
Post-procedure, transient post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) is expected during the healing process. This is typically temporary and expected to resolve spontaneously within approximately one month

Lipoma Removal - Right Temple area

My patient came to due to having a single lipoma to
his right temporal. He said he first noticed it during COVID-19
lock-down time. It was 2.0x2.0cm approximately
located near to the nerve/artery to his face. It became progressively
larger and more noticeable drawing unwanted attention. Therefore
he found us to have it removed ASAP. He whatsapp us
made an appointment and got it taken care of...

Sebaceous cyst Removal - Left Upper Back

Our patient had a lesion on back growing for about
20 years or more. He had it look at by his cardiologist
that suggested that it could have been a lipoma. On
examination it just didn't have the tell tail characteristics
of a lipoma but then again his back was quite muscular
which could make its appearance less obvious.
It would occasionally hurt then be back to normal.
He denied that there was ever any drainage from it
and it never got inflamed (infected). He was referred
to us by one of our patient and made an appointment
to get it sorted out for good...

Treatment minor surgical removal under local anesthesia..
Thumbs up to my patient handled it well

Infected Sebaceous Cysts - Right Neck Treatment

Our patient was referred to by another patient with the complaint of a large painful swelling to the right side of her neck. She had it over the last 2 years but for whatever reason it started to rapidly enlarge over the last 2 months associated with pains. She said it burst 2 times, pus came out but it still there and now she has to wear a scarf in the blazing heat. She needs it fixed...
We only had one option which was to do an incision and drainage on the cysts. She has a sebaceous cysts that has now gotten acutely infected and formed into an abscess. She was quite nervous and says cannot handle pain at all..its a little more challenging but nothing we cant handle...

Treatment I&D under local anesthesia...
Procedure took about 25min form start to finish
Well tolerated, minimal bleeding, stay tune for follow up...

Large lipoma - Right Elbow Removal

My patient came to due to having multiple lipoma to
his upper limbs. However there was one in particular that
grew larger than all the rest. It was 4.0x3.0cm approximately
located to his inner elbow area. It became so large that it
was very noticeable and drew unwanted attention therefore
he found us to have it removed ASAP. So He messaged us
made an appointment and got them taken care of...

Wart Removal - Left 3rd Finger

Our pt came to use with the complaint of a slow growing
brown circular spot on her left 3rd finger. On examination
it was clear that`s its a wart she had growing. It became more
visible and uncomfortable as time went along. She had enough
and decided to pathways with it.
Fortunately she was able to come in just before the clinic
closed and had it removed same day....

on facebook. She had a slow growing mass to the left side
of her forehead. It became more visible and uncomfortable as
time went along. She decided to go to her local health center
to have it examined and was told it was a lipoma.
She was then referred to have it removed but been waiting
