You know Taiwan is famous for its tea. Over the past decades, Formosa Tea spread vigorously worldwide.

This Honey Aroma Black was actually found accidently. Farmers who live in the east coast were depressed for long because the tea they grow can’t out-perform the tea from west coast. As there are higher mountains in the west, like Sun Moon Lake, where premium oolong tea and black tea are produced. Worst of all, later they found out the tea was bit by bugs and the tea leaves were left brown holes all over. But it turned out has a unique honey flavor after fermentation.

Honey Aroma Black tea is neither black tea nor oolong tea. It's the best kept secret hybrid tea of Taiwan! In the process of growing, Honey Aroma Black Tea plant is sucked by small green leaf hoppers. The leaves secrete a variety of chemicals as a defense and healing measure against this particular type of attack. This tea then releases natural strong honey aromas due to the bite, showing the unique fruit and honey fragrance of the black tea.

The Honey Aroma Black tea that we use was grown organically in the east coast of Taiwan, which is one of cleanest and purest part of this island. 🎁

Therefore for the mask’s formula, we decided not to add and essential oil or flower water for scent. The Honey Aroma Black tea material itself has a very subtle and very mild honey aroma for the product. And it is vegan as it contains no honey at all. (Yeah!) 🎉

For the past 2 years, we received lots of good feedback from customers. They told us how much they love our organic cotton facial masks and this made us so happy. We chose organic cloth for its purity and its plus size hoping to fit most of the face shapes. And it will last you more than 15 minutes under dry weather. But sometimes we hear things like: I like the mask serum itself but the sheet is too big, too thick or too wide.

We understand lots of you here are “mask frequent users” and are in favor of thinner materials. (Same here in Taiwan. I had few friends giving me the masks they usually apply, and they all shared one common factor: THIN.) So, we found an “ultra-thin cloth” which is made of cotton linter (the fine, silky fibers which adhere to the cotton seeds after ginning.) This material is gentle and has sufficient material safety documents. (We insist using only safe and gentle materials.) It is flexible enough for your to stretch according to your face shape. 👽😀
