Behind the scenes: my process of stabilizing salted peanut caramel ✨
Right now I’m on a pause because of a work-related injury… I can’t use my hands the way I used to, and many simple things have become difficult. Chocolaby has been on hold since the New Year. I was still finishing and selling remaining products in February, but since April I haven’t been able to create or sell anything, and I don’t know how long this pause will last. Yoga has also been on pause since April with no clear timeline for when I can return. I need this time to heal, recover, and slowly come back to myself. Every day I miss my active life more than I can put into words… but I’m holding on to hope. Please wish me healing and strength for recovery 🤍

Real bean-to-bar chocolate life...
Iwoke up to the fire alarm screaming.
Heart racing. Half asleep. Full panic.
I rushed downstairs just to silence the alarm —
and this is what I walked into.
Chocolate.
Everywhere.
Walls. Table. Floor.
A complete bean-to-bar crime scene.
No fire.
Just chaos.
Turns out the grinder stones mounts broke —
and everything flew sideways.
It took 8 hours to clean all of this.
And 2.5 kg of chocolate went straight into the trash 💔😭
